This series has been developed for educating county agents, educators, landowners, farmers, students, and anyone else who are interested in taking care of their land, making pastures and other grazinglands productive in a sustainable way, and safeguarding the soil resources. 

This sesies includes presentations on the following four topics. 

1. Obtaining web-soil survey report for your pastures 

2. Soil test - taking samples, test results, &  ammendments 

3. Soil organic matter - importance and enhancement

4. Soil conservation in grazing lands

Agroforestry Virtual Training Series - Southeast US

Virtual training series on Agroforestry in the Southeast for Sustainable Land-Use and Resilient Production System being delivered over zoom as scheduled in the Table below. This is a coordinated effort of 1890 Agroforestry Consortium. This series is aimed for specialists, county agents, farmers, landowners, students, and any other individuals who are willing to learn about agroforestry, especially in the Southeast USA. Pre-registration is required to attend these sessions, and one registration is enough to attend all sessions in this series. Once registered, you will receive personalized information on joining the sessions. Tuskegee University Cooperative Extension deliver these sessions beginning May 6, 2021. This is a part of the Sustainable Year-Round Forage Production and Grazing/Browsing Management Education series being conducted by Tuskegee University Cooperative Extension for more than a decade now. Pre-registration is required to attend these sessions, and one registration is enough to attend all sessions on productive pastures.
