Pasture, Grazing, and Goat Field Day, Eufaula, AL 2015

Eufaula Field Day
Year-round Forage Production, Sustainable Grazing Management, and Care of Goat Herd
9AM to 2:00 PM, April 11, 2015
36 County Road 40, Eufaula, AL

The purpose of this field day is to educate and demonstrate livestock producers and Extension professionals on developing and managing year-round pasture system for sustainable ruminant livestock enterprise. There will be presentations (expert from Tuskegee University and NRCS, and a goat producer), farm tour, hands-on activities, and demonstration of proper care of goat herds. Additionally, information on the possible support available from Natural Resources Conservation Service for improving the grazing land management will be available. More information about the field day is presented in the Program Flyer and Agenda.
 
Participation to this field day is free; however, preregistration is required for management purpose. Registration can be done Online or filling the Registration Form and sending it to the address as indicated in the registration form. Registration must be received by March 31, 2015. Please register quickly and secure your seat on time. Working lunch will be provided.
